Peter Luzmore
has held various positions in the areas of
organizational design and human
development. Peter
started training people as a workshop
designer and leader with Young & Rubican, an
advertising agency with offices
worldwide. He also has held the position of
Director in the Consulting Division of
Action Technologies working on strategic
accounts for companies such as General
Motors and Bankers Trust in Europe and the
United States. In
1994 Peter founded Innovative Business
Design which specialized in education and
consulting in Business Process Redesign. In
1999, Peter founded Synthesis
LLC,
who specialize in mobilizing leadership
teams to produce increased levels of
productivity, satisfaction and value. He
is a Certified Master Somatic Coach with
Strozzi Institute and has been published in
an anthology entitled, “Being Human at
Work”.

Woody Allen is a business strategist, coach and mentor to companies in the
United States and Europe. He has more than
35 years experience as a C-level executive,
including roles as President, Executive Vice
President, Chief Financial Officer and
Chairman of the Board for publicly traded
companies. He has extensive Board room
experience, having served on the Boards of
Directors of numerous companies in a wide
variety of businesses, ranging from radio
broadcasting to semiconductor equipment
manufacturing. His current roles include
Chairman of the Audit Committee for
Precision Tune Auto Care, a global
franchisor of auto care centers, chief
strategist and Board member for CEO-CF, a
European based company specializing in
facilitating collaboration amongst
entrepreneurial CEO’s, and President of
Allen Management Services, a company which
offers financial, leadership and executive
training to mid and high level executives of
small to medium sized businesses. He serves
on a number of Boards and is also the acting
Chief Financial Officer for BIA-Fn, a
company which offers research and consulting
services to local media. After earning his
degree in Finance and Accounting, Woody has
studied business, linguistics, biology and
somatics with a variety of renowned
teachers. He is a certified Master Somatic
Coach with Strozzi Institute, a California
based educational organization, and has been
published in an anthology entitled, “Being
Human at Work”.

Amy Castoro
counsels and advises individuals and teams
on how to collaborate more effectively,
cultivate trust, and manage morale through
language and action. Amy
has held various corporate positions with
The Walt Disney Company, Adecco Corporation
and Grant Thornton Management Consulting
that provide her with a strong foundation of
organizations at the divisional, corporate,
and customer orientation and what is
required to achieve high functioning
leadership and teams. Drawing
upon her extensive corporate and consulting
experience she offers clients a gentle yet
direct approach in identifying fundamental
and pragmatic behaviors that lead to
improved performance. Her approach centers
on embodied learning, where clients are
asked to engage in effective actions rather
than a theoretical framework. She
enables her clients to increase their impact
on their organization by fostering authentic
conversations combined with high levels of
accountability and commitment and creating a
clear purpose from the outset. Her
work with teams has increased production and
satisfaction by better managing commitments
and improving trust. Amy
has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational
Psychology from Adelphi University. She
completed a three-year business course based
on the work of Dr. Fernando Flores that
emphasized the design of new offers and
optimizing threats and opportunities in
business. Amy
is a certified Master Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute.

Peter
Yaholkovsky, MD
is a coach, consultant and educator who
specializes in developing in leaders and
teams the skills for building and
re-building trust, especially in
relationships with prominent power
differentials. His work dramatically
enhances leadership and management skills by
opening avenues for effective communication
and authentic relationship. Peter’s
experience in coaching and consulting in a
broad range of industries spans two decades
and includes information technologies,
finance / banking, energy, insurance,
engineering and health care. He has provided
leadership and management training and
development and process design for clients
such as Capital One, Allianz, Cisco Systems,
ABNM AMRO and Peace Health. Peter has an
undergraduate degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Stanford University, and an
MD from University of California, Davis. He
is board certified in Internal Medicine. He
was on the staff that developed the
three-year program of Ontological Design
with Fernando Flores. He is a certified
Master Somatic Coach through the Strozzi
Institute.
