Synthesis is a New York based training and development organization
that offers customized programs designed to improve productivity
by increasing your employees' ability to create
satisfaction.
Our History - In the mid-1990's people in business were moving
their focus from reengineering to process redesign. We were involved with
organizations large and small, here in the US and in Europe in
producing software solutions that would enable an organization’s process to be
more effective. We consistently saw that no matter how great the technology or effective the
process design, the initiatives would not produce results if we did not also work
on developing the coordination skills of the teams. From this observation
the concept of
Synthesis was born. Our mission is to bring together the best new thinking about enabling the human element of an
organization to create satisfaction.
Our Approach - Over the last fifteen years of research we have brought
together various approaches to being effective at work. Our programs are a
practical blend of various aspects of linguistic philosophy and somatic practices.
These two very different interpretations about what it is to be effective blend well
together and have consistently produced important results for our customers.
Our Programs - Using this unique approach
we develop practical skills in our programs by blending workshop
style delivery, mentoring and on the job learning. This is "learning by doing". It is the
"doing" that produces practical skills and business results. We design our
programs to achieve measurable business results that include a return
on our clients' investment in its people.
Our
Customers - A business like ours can only make a contribution to
peoples' work lives by working in partnership with our customers. Being a
